Jonathan Vilma |
According to a tweet by fellow teammate, Backup Quarterback Chase Daniel, Vilma first heard about his season-long suspension, not from the league itself, but from ESPN Sportscenter! How unprofessional and impersonal can you be. Sure, he may have thrown $10,000 down into the pool to injure other players, but he is still a player of the game. He deserves to be told by the executor himself: Mr. Goodell. Roger Goodell has wanted to change the league to make it safer, but he is so cowardly, he cannot even personally tell a player that they are suspended. He hides behind his desk all day dishing out suspensions. According to certain websites and many polls around the web, Goodell is the worst commissioner in NFL History and it is complete obvious why, but if you still do not know, there is a link to a slideshow that will lay it out for you (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/593649-roger-goodell-10-reasons-he-will-be-viewed-as-the-worst-commissioner-in-history). Professionalism is something necessary in an executive and I can tell you that Mr. Goodell does not have it! (link to article below)
